ORDER
This Court by an order dated 09.10.2006 directed the respondents to treat the period of absence of the petitioner from 29.08.1990 to 15.02.1991 as a period of compulsory wait and grant the full pay and allowances for the said period within a period of three months. Since the order was not complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court has been complied with .
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
