ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking his production before us.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the detenu was found to be missing from 06.02.2018 onwards. The detenu was murdered by the fifth respondent and the body was recovered on 29.10.2020. A case has been registered against the fifth respondent.

4. In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
