O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued against the accused V.V.Rajendran on 12.03.2015 in connection with the case in S.T.C.No.211 of 2012 on the file of Fast Track Magistrate Court, Karaikudi, Sivagangai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent.

3. It appears that the Non-Bailable Warrant is pending from 12.03.2015. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant as expeditiously as possible and report to the concerned Court.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
