ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pay the gratuity to the petitioner pursuant to the representation dated 09.05.2024 and 14.05.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner had joined as a Manager by direct recruitment by the third respondent by an order dated 13.08.2018. He had joined duty on 20.08.2018 in the third respondent office. However, even after completion of two years of probationary period, declaration of his probation period was not done and as such, the petitioner submitted a representation.
4. In view of the above, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking declaration of probation of his service with effect from the date of his joining, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall
be no order as to costs.
