The petitioner seeks direction upon the respondent/Police to register his complaint, dated 21.11.2014.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and the and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

According to the petitioner/complainant, he purchased a property from the Indian Bank, later, to his shock, he came to know that the original owner of the property had submitted fake documents to the Bank. Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that, it is the Bank, which ought to have filed the complaint against the original owner on the ground that it has been deceived. 4.
Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner to known to law.
