Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the nature of writ or order by directing the respondent to order inquiry, inspection and investigation into the affairs of the S.615 Gundalapatti Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society and take appropriate action to safeguard and recover the misappropriated funds of the society by providing adequate protection to the inquiry officer appointed for that purpose.(WP.No.19510/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIJAY SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.SELVENDRAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Today the matter is listed under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'.

2.The learned Government Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court on 15.09.2021, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Dharmapuri Region has been appointed as an Enquiry Officer and the enquiry will be conducted in accordance with Section 81 of the Co-operative Societies Act.
