PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the entire concerned in Cr.No.86 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch Namakkal District and quash the same.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.86 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Namakkal District, the respondent police completed the enquiry and filed a final report and the same has been taken on file in PRC.No.55 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode and it is pending committal.

2.Therefore, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
