O R D E R

Enquiry report was submitted by the Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board on 09.01.2015 to the second respondent. The petitioner made a representation on 20.10.2015 to the second respondent to take appropriate action on the report aforesaid. Though the same was acknowledged on the very same day, no action is forthcoming on the enquiry report dated 09.01.2015, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the above and taking note of the fact that the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in his capacity as a devotee, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate final order on the enquiry report submitted by the Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Board dated 09.01.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the fourth respondent.
