2. Recording the same, the District Collector, Chennai, is suo moto impleded as the 5th Respondent.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the newly impleaded 5th Respondent viz., The District Collector to dispose of the Petitioners claim Petition on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of of this Order.
