This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.535 of 2008 pending on the file of Kaveripattinam Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that case in crime No.535 of 2008 was investigated and closed as mistake of fact on 20.04.2015.
