This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to quash the impugned award passed by the first respondent in I.D.No.292 of 2009, dated 26.02.2013, and the consequential execution proceedings in E.P.No.227 of 2013, in I.D.No.292 of 2009.
