Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the first respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Kanchanur Police Station, Villupuram District to register a case on his complaint dated 12.07.2016 given to the respondents.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2016 given to the respondents.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint dated 12.07.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.113 of 2016 and the same was closed temporarily on the ground that the petitioner had not submitted the relevant documents.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit the relevant documents to the respondent police and on such submission, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry in CSR No.113 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law.
