Prayer: The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to transfer the case in Crime No. 472/2018 from the file of the 2nd respondent Police to some other investigation agency and file a Final Report. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.472 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent police to some other investigation agency and file a final report.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that they conducted the enquiry and received the post postmortem certificate and also enquired the doctor. As per the postmortem https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certificate, there is no suspicious and the death of the child is natural one. Therefore, action has been dropped. However, the Learned Government Advocate accepted that they have not sent the copy to the complainant.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to send the copy of the final report to the Jurisdictional Magistrate and also send a copy of the report to the petitioner. After receipt of the same, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the report, he can workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
