ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case on the Petitioner's Complaint in CSR No.108 of 2014 dated 07.06.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint to the local police in respect of chit transaction. Hence, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the Economic Offences Wing and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
