ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the respondents police to conduct enquiry and register a case in respect of the complaint dated 10.06.2014 and file a final report within a specified time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequently the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P. No. 6095 of 2016 on 28.03.2016 and hence this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
