Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim stay of impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.706, MA & WS Department dated 09.12.2015 and that of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 11270/2005/A4 dated 05.01.2008,(WMP.NO.3326/2016) pending disposal of the writ petition WP.NO.3867/2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.J.RAMESH ARP of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant an order of interim stay of impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O. (D) No.706, MA & WS Department dated 09.12.2015 and that of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.11270/2005/A4 dated 05.01.2008, pending disposal of the writ petition.

The writ petition has been filed challenging the dismissal order passed against the writ petitioner. Hence, at this stage, interim stay cannot be granted.
In view of the above, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the writ petition for final disposal in the 1st week of April'2020.
