ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) None appears for the petitioner. An advocate was earlier representing the petitioner but his vakalat nama was withdrawn and accordingly, learned counsel was permitted to withdraw his appearance on behalf of the petitioner by the order dated 04.08.2017. The name of the petitioner-in-person was ordered to be printed in the cause list. Since none represented the petitioner and the petitioner was also not appearing in person, notice was issued to her. A report has come to the effect that 'no such person' is residing at the given address. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the above and finding that none is appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner-in-person is not present rather she has not given the fresh address if she has changed her residence, the Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.
