This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.7242 of 2018, dated 26.04.2018.

2. Heard both sides. Perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had not complied with the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge.

4. The petitioner being the practicing Advocate having obtained anticipatory bail on the ground that she shall appear before the respondent police everyday for a period of one month, straightaway, filed this modification petition, even without complying with the condition imposed by the Trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. I am of the view that merely because the petitioner being the practicing Advocate, she cannot claim a special privilege before the Court of law to disobey the order of this Court.

6. In view of the above, the application filed for modification is dismissed and as the petitioner has disobeyed the condition imposed by the court below, it is for the respondent to take appropriate action for cancellation of bail.
