..Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice dated 15.10.2020 issued by the 2nd respondent in Notice. Na.Ka.No.1165/2020/E - 1, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to restore the Water Connections bearing Nos.155/002/00457 and 155/002/004578 in respect of properties at 25 - E and 25 - E1 of Kumaran Gardens, Sedapalayam, Palladam, Tirupur District.

With consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, this matter has been taken up for final hearing.
2. It appears that a notice dated 15.10.2020 was issued by the 2nd respondent in Notice. Na.Ka.No.1165/2020/E - 1 Water Connection in the petitioner's premises was disconnected on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
account of the fact that he had supplied water to a neighboring commercial concern. Thereafter, he has given a representation on 16.10.2020 followed by a reply dated 19.10.2020.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the reply dated 19.10.2020 has not been received by them.
4. Since the dispute is limited in the present writ petition, I am of the view that the present writ petition can be disposed of with directions to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation / reply of the petitioner's dated 19.10.2020. The petitioner may however directed to file a fresh copy of representation / reply in the Office of the respondents latest by 28.10.2020. Thereafter, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders within the period of two weeks. The petitioner shall be heard before any adverse orders passed against him.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
