Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police.

As this Petition filed by the petitioner is bereft of material fact for having lodged the complaint, dated on 27.03.2015, before the respondent/Police, this Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person and lodge his complaint before the Station House Officer.
