This application has been filed by the applicant, to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to seize and deliver the vehicle namely, TATA LPT3118 bearing Engine No.B591803111763180257, Chassis No.MAT466416B3J26050 bearing Registration No.TN05AP7616 in Contract No.5000947197 dated 31.03.2012 available at the respondent premises or wherever found and permit the Advocate Commissioner to obtain Police Aid and to break open the premises.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that the award has already been passed and an Advocate Commissioner was also appointed in this application.
