This application is filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 18.01.2019 made in A.No.5356 of 2018 attaching the immovable properties morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. It is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that pursuant to the attachment of the immovable property, the respondent entered into settlement with the applicant and paid the amount. In view of the above settlement, the attachment is unnecessary.

3. Hence, the order of attachment passed in A.No.5356 of 2018 is raised and vacated and the application is ordered. 05.07.2019 (4/4) rsi Note:
