: Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith hand over the investigation to the 6th Respondent CBI regarding the incident of collapse of 12 storied building (stilt + 11 Floors) taken place on 28.6.2014 at the Premises in S.Nos.17/7A, 7B, 7C, 8B3 & 8B4B of Moulivakkam Village Kundrathur High Road, Chennai, which is registered as FIR No.751/2014 on the file of T14,Mangadu Police Station, Ambattur Police District with a further direction to the 6th Respondent CBI to undertake impartial investigation on all angles and file a final report before the competent court within a reasonable time.
