This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1243 of in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023 that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1243 of in Crl.O.P.No.31787 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
