ORDER

The Petitioner made a representation dated 08.11.2010 to the 1st respondent requesting to regularize his entire service from the date of initial appointment and to pay due pension, by taking into the entire length of service.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the representation of the Petitioner will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Considering the limited scope of the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the matter, this court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 08.11.2010 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall submit one more copy of the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 08.11.2010 to the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
