This petition is filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C, to grant special leave to file an appeal against the Judgment dated 27.03.2023 made in C.A. No.13 of 2020 on the file of the V Additional District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Mr.M. Mathan Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that though the trial court convicted the accused for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the appellate court acquitted him on technical grounds.
