This writ petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the respondent in C.No.455/RTI/DCRB/OPI/18 dated 03.08.2018, by which the respondent has refused to furnish the necessary information required by the petitioner, under Right to Information Act and consequently for a direction to the respondent to furnish the same.

2. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the information sought for by the petitioner has been furnished to him.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
