2.The documents produced shows that the name of the second appellant is Harini Priya, but in the suit, it has been described as "Hari Priya". Accepting the averments contained in the petition filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the description and name of the second appellant.

4. Post the matter on 09.07.2024.
