Though the birth certificate has been produced, it is seen that the second appellant was born on 17.05.2002 and she has attained majority. Hence, C.M.P.Nos.12784 and 12786 of 2024 are ordered.

Second appellant is declared as major and the first appellant is discharged from guardianship.
