Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent in the impugned order passed in I.D.No.353 of 2005 passed on 20.07.2012, quash the same and direct the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with back wages with continuity of service and other attendance benefits thereto.

The writ petition was listed for hearing on 18.10.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 21.10.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 23.10.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for non- prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
