] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 181 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.
2.This Court heard Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Advocate General for the petitioner and Mrs.Rita Chandrasekaran, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and perused the records.
3.Though these petitions have been filed to condone the inordinate delay of 181 days, this Court finds from the affidavit filed in support of these petitions that the petitioner has given sufficient cause for the delay. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions cannot be discarded. This Court is also convinced with the reasons stated therein.
3.Hence, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, if the papers are otherwise in order, and list the same before this Court on 03.07.2024 at 4.00 p.m.
