(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's daughter Charulatha, aged about 19 years, from the custody of the 4th respondent before this Court and to set her at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner on 05.11.2020. The complaint lodged by the petitioner itself has also been withdrawn. 4.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
