ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's minor daughter Loganayaki, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to handover her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition father of the detenue. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue was secured and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai, who, in turn, directed the detenue to be produced before the Child Welfare Committee.

4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed. Liberty is also given to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law including approaching the Child Welfare Committee.
