JUDGMENT

Ms.AL.Gandhimathi, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the Writ Appeal may be closed giving liberty to the appellant to challenge the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee cancelling the Community Certificate, in accordance with law.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the Writ Appeal is closed. It is open to the appellant to challenge the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee cancelling the Community Certificate in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
