ORDER

The revision petitioner is the plaintiff who seeks expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirupattur.

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the materials placed before this Court.

4. The major grievance of the petitioner/plaintiff is that the plaintiff is a Senior citizen who is aged about 70 years and though the pleadings have been completed way back in the year 2023, till date there is no movement and the trial is not yet completed. Page No.2 of 4

5. Considering the fact that the revision petitioner is the plaintiff and he seeks speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2023, I am inclined to entertain this Civil Revision petition. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands allowed with a direction to the learned III Additional District Judge, Tirupattur to expedite the trial in O.S.No.4 of 2023 and dispose of the said suit finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties. No costs.
