Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent the Commissioner, Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dt 9.9.2016, not to allow the outsiders to park the vehicles inside the residential campus of Rudra Prayag and Deva Prayag of Tristar Apartments at Door No. 657, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore 641 037 on collection of daily rent, by the 2nd respondent, without any licence from the 1st respondent within a reasonable period as may be fixed by this Honourable Court For Petitioners :
