ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Prohibition seeking a restraint against the first respondent from making any appointments of executives/management committees, or taking any other action, either directly or indirectly, in contravention of the Auroville Foundation Act, 1988 and the Auroville Foundation Rules, 1997.
