This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Villupuram Sessions Division, Villupuram, directing the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram. daily at 10.00 a.m.,until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.1496 of 2015 dated 04.03.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition scrupulously. Hence, this petition has been filed to relax the said condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said condition scrupulously.

4. Considering the submissions on either isde, I am of the opinion that the condition imposed on the petitioner, could be relaxed. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
