ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to modify the order dated 18.03.2021 made in WP No.43510 of 2016 and to direct the respondents to restore the date of regularization to 09.06.1992, on applying the principles of parity as done by the District Collector of Vizhuppuram, in proceedings dated 25.02.2014, based on the judgment dated 24.08.2011 in WP No.19364 of 2007 and further direction to grant all terminal benefits along with interest for the delay period in granting terminal benefits. 2.The above said Writ Petition was dismissed on 18.03.2021. The question of modifying the prayer in the said Writ Petition does not arise. When the petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by this Court on 18.03.2021, it is left open for him to file an Appeal in this regard. 2/4
