A.No.2771 of 2022 in O.P.No.250 of 2022 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., Seeking permission to amend the Original Petition as per the schedule to the Judges summons, the present application has been filed.

2. The applicant, who is stated to be the sole legal heir of the deceased Mr.Subramanian, seeks amendment to the Original Petition by including Para 4A after paragraph No.4, Schedule II after serial No.6 as serial No.7 and serial No.12 after serial No.11 in the list of documents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also not raised any objections to this application.

4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.
