The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for forbearing the 1st respondent and his control Police Officers or Subordinates or Police Authorities outside Chennai District from harassing the petitioner and her family members except police in Chennai District till the completion of enquiry by 3rd and 4th respondents and consequently to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to call and hold enquiry with the 5th respondent in the presence of petitioner and to take suitable action on 5th respondent.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the prayer of the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
