Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the original suit itself has been disposed of and the decree is in favour of the revision petitioner and that hence the petitioner is withdrawing the civil revision petition. An endorsement to that effect has been made. The endorsement is recorded and the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
