PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure the petitioner's life and property and forbear the respondents 5 to 7 from entertaining any false documents for registration at the instance of the respondents 8 to 11, in respect of his 51 cents bearing S.F.No.103/2B, Vadakanandal (East) Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Villupuram District by considering his representation dated 11.09.2018. O R D E R

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure the petitioner's life and property and forbear the respondents 5 to 7 from entertaining any false documents for registration at the instance of the respondents 8 to 11, in respect of his 51 cents bearing S.F.No.103/2B, Vadakanandal (East) Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Villupuram District, by considering his representation dated 11.09.2018.

2.In view of the order passed in W.P.No.28476 of 2017, the respondents 5 to 7 are directed not to register any of the Deed of Convenience in respect of the property comprised in S.No.103/2B, ad-measuring 51 cents situated at Vadakanandal Village, Chinna Salem Taluk, Villupuram District, at the instance of the respondents 8 - 11.

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
