ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider 1/4

the representation dated 14.03.2024 to issue patta with respect to the above mentioned property comprised in S.No.396 in Semmenchery Village measuring an extent of 4 acres.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 14.03.2024 with a request for issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed 2/4

within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
