Mrs.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the appellant has filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.13300 of 2021, challenging the cancellation of the Community Certificate, hence, the Writ Appeal may be closed, giving liberty to the appellant to prosecute the Writ Petition in accordance with law.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal is closed. It is open to the appellant to prosecute the Writ Petition in W.P.No.13300 of 2021 in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
