The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that after completion of investigation, final report filed through e-filing on 13.02.2024 in E-filing No.C20240024 and same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate-I, Tiruvannamalai. 3.
In the light of the facts that the final report already filed, the prayer sought in this petition cannot be sustained. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
