ORDER

On carefully going through the materials, this Court finds that there is a dispute between the flat owners and the members of the Association. This is not a matter where this Court must exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner will workout his remedy before the 1 st respondent.

2. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
