Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for entire records pertaining to the impugned Government Order No.969 dated 15.07.1976 passed by the first respondent for dismissing the petition for regularizing sale portion on the ground the land belonging to Sri Thiruveedi Amman Temple, Perambur, Madras and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to give effect to the same. This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for entire records pertaining to the impugned Government Order No.969 dated 15.07.1976 passed by the first respondent for dismissing the petition for regularizing sale portion on the ground the land belonging to Sri Thiruveedi Amman Temple, Perambur, Madras and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to give effect to the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
