O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the fourth respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the Plot No.5 comprised in Survey No.132 situated at Maniyambattu Village, Ranipet District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father -in-law is the absolute owner of the land along with the house situated in Survey Nos.292/2, 292/4, 293/1, 293/2, 297/4, 298/2, 299/1, 299/2, 300/2 and 300/3 situated at Narasingapuram Village, Walajah Taluk, Ranipet District. The said property was acquired by the State Government for Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) and the petitioner was given alternative site viz., 3 cents in Plot No.5 Comprised in Survey No.132 situated at Maniyambattu Village, Ranipet District. The respondents have not issued patta to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner 2/5

made a detailed representation on 20.12.2023 to the respondent authorities requesting to issue patta to the land in Survey No.132. However, the same is kept pending without any consideration till date. Therefore, finding no other option, she has come up with this writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023 would be considered, if not already considered and appropriate orders be passed by the respondents, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought herein, this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents authorities to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023, if not considered earlier, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
