O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2013 and 24.12.2013 and direct the 1st respondent to prosecute the 3rd respondent under the provisions of IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that as against the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner, action was taken and disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the 3rd respondent Mr.G.Elumalai and enquiry was conducted and the final order was passed imposing the punishment in proceeding dated 25.08.2014.

3. In this view of the matter no further adjudication is required, if at all any grievances exist for the writ petitioner it is left open to him to redress the same in the manner known to law. With these observations the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to Costs.
